职位描述

Marin Software目前在全国范围内找寻自动化测试工程师，公司地点虽然在上海，但是不要求来上海，足不出户可以远程在老家办公，公司提供MacBook和家庭网费补贴，期望英语流利，Java代码能力强，至少3年有自动化测试经验，本科及以上学历，能够独立承担工作，自觉完成任务的优秀人才。


Work with Product Manager and Developer, come up with Test Plan and implement testing. ?
与产品经理和开发工程师合作，完成测试计划并执行测试
Develop automated test suites to replace as much manual testing as possible. ?
开发自动化测试的组件，尽量取代手动测试。
Help to incorporate automated testing into the software development process. ?
帮助实现将自动化测试纳入软件开发流程
Work with both Marin’s QA team in the US and local engineers to develop software in an Agile iterative release cycle.
在敏捷迭代发布周期内，与Marin美国的测试团队和本地的工程师共同开发软件
Make informed recommendations about the release-worthiness of each iteration. “Push back” when necessary (and justify it).
在每个迭代周期给出可行性建议，必要的时候需要推回。
Understand and develop quality metrics for Marin Software.

录用条件

Experience in software QA/Test Automation.
有软件自动化测试经验
Experience in web-based software QA/Test Automation.
有在线软件自动化测试经验
Experience in Linux, Relational Databases (MySQL), Java.
有Linux，关联数据库（Mysql)和Java的使用经验
Experience with Hadoop Eco System load-testing and scale-testing is a plus. ?
有Hadoop生态系统的压力测试和scale-testing经验优先考虑
Good communication skills, speaking and writing fluent English
良好的英语沟通，说写能力。
Interest in online Internet advertising (actual experience a plus)
